Contractor accounts and information

We collect business and account information you provide, including company and contact details, account credentials, campaign preferences, and call details when you use relevant platform features. We use it to provide and secure your contractor account, support billing, and operate platform features.

Google Ads account access

A contractor connects its own Google Ads account and authorizes South Florida HVAC Help to access it so our portal can build, manage, and improve campaigns and retrieve campaign and call-performance information. The contractor keeps ownership and control of its Google Ads account.

We store access and refresh tokens and related account identifiers securely to maintain the access the contractor authorized. Tokens are used only to provide the requested integration and are not sold. Access may be disconnected from the contractor portal where that control is available, or revoked in the contractor’s Google Account security settings. Revocation may take time to take effect; we stop using revoked credentials and remove or invalidate stored tokens as required for security, operations, and legal recordkeeping.

Advertising payments

You pay Google directly for advertising through your own Google Ads account. Platform subscriptions are separate. Pricing and payment terms for any platform subscription are shown before purchase.

SMS AI reply drafts

When the SMS AI draft feature is enabled for a workspace and a team member requests a draft, recent messages in that conversation are sent to the AI service provider, currently NVIDIA’s AI API, to help classify the request and prepare a suggested reply. The draft is shown to the team for review and is not sent automatically. This feature is currently disabled until provider and privacy readiness checks are complete.

Campaign and call data

For campaign use, Google may provide campaign configuration, delivery, spend, click, and performance information. We process this information to provide the services you request, report activity, provide support, and protect your account. Call records may include caller number, call time, duration, routing information, and recordings where call recording is enabled and legally permitted.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, Google Ads integration, payments, communications, analytics, and security. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or platform rights, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain account, token, campaign, call, and billing records as reasonably necessary to provide services, secure accounts, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contractors can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting help@southfloridahvachelp.com. Disconnecting Google Ads stops ongoing authorized access but does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Operator

South Florida HVAC Help provides a private contractor workspace for South Florida HVAC businesses. Contractors create an account and complete their company profile before accessing account features.
