Platform subscriptions, processing fees, campaign-wallet deposits, advertising funding, lead purchases, and other digital services are not refundable to the original payment method, except where a cash refund is required by applicable law or for a verified unauthorized charge. If South Florida HVAC Help approves a billing or service correction, the sole business remedy is a non-cash platform credit.
